About our Community
Warner Creek is a quiet community nestled among the serenity of three ponds and is located just off County A (Lynndale Drive) and Grand Chute Boulevard. We currently have quality built family homes ranging from single-family detached homes, twin unit homes and three and four unit homes. This constitutes 44 units with 57 owner occupied residences.
Our Warner Creek Condominium Owners Association is a self-managed association consisting of a five person board of elected resident officers. This website provides both residents and potential residents access to a variety of condominium information about our organization such as Financial Reports and Rules & Regulations to name a few.

From Lynndale Drive, turn west onto Grand Chute Boulevard (just north of Capitol Drive). Follow Grand Chute Boulevard as it winds south. Turn right onto Pampas Drive.
